Nancy Wu is an artist, researcher, and graphic designer examining the instabilities of our media landscape and making intervention through image, interaction, and computation.
Nancy received the Award of Highest Distinction for her work Greetings From at UCLA Design Media Arts. She has exhibited at Recess, Hammer Museum, and Experimental Digital Arts in Los Angeles, and her work has also been featured in THE VOID by Institute of Network Cultures, AZURE, and The Internet Phone Book. Nancy runs Qing Books, an independent publishing operation, as an extension of her art practice.
Nancy has worked at The New York Times, Studio Lin, IN-FO.CO, Folder Studio, and The Underground Museum, collaborating with arts and architecture clients such as CCA, MOS Architects, Princeton School of Architecture, Jeffrey Deitch, Mary Ping, Rizzoli, and Aperture.
Nancy is pursuing an MS in Art, Culture, and Technology at MIT and holds a BA in Design Media Arts from UCLA.
